"Ten years in workplace learning. One question I keep coming back to:
what makes people actually use — and change because of — the learning products we build?"
What I've learned from sitting in different chairs: the best learning products come
from tight feedback loops, not individual silo work. Share & test early,
measure what matters, cut what doesn't work. I'm drawn to teams that treat
iteration as the plan, not a fallback. What keeps me engaged? Seeing
learning science and behavioral design translate into outcomes
organizations can actually feel — not completion rates, but real
shifts in what people can do.
That's the work worth doing.
building EdTech products where learning science meets business results
I'd rather test an idea quickly and be wrong than spend months building the wrong thing
Leading the "New UX" product initiative — spanning the Learner Workflow and Page Manager & Editor — while driving standard developments end-to-end. I align stakeholders, collaborate with scrum and UI/UX teams, and own the full cycle from solution finding and feature refinement to sprint planning.
Developed the vision and strategy for a comprehensive LXT solution — spanning LMS/LXP and authoring tool — and built the roadmap to bring it to life. I grounded prioritization in user research and competitive analysis, while keeping stakeholders closely involved throughout. From there I shaped the user journeys and interfaces, working hand-in-hand with development and design to translate insights into epics and stories.
Owned product development for new e-learning initiatives, acting as the central point of contact across teams and stakeholders. I coordinated cross-functional efforts to keep initiatives moving, worked on enabling content customization capabilities, and contributed to shaping the learning analytics approach — with the goal of making data-driven decision making more accessible and actionable across the organization.
Took the Cyber Awareness and GDPR learning series from idea to market — running the full journey from market analysis and concept development through platform build, content creation, and marketing materials. Alongside that, I owned the product roadmaps for the Academy training and Human Firewall products, partnering closely with the development team on epic creation and sprint management to ship features that moved the needle on customer activation. I also worked hand-in-hand with Sales and Customer Service to make sure the product stayed grounded in real market needs.
Led the interactive/eLearning team, taking care of onboarding and developing the people in it. I consulted clients on digital learning concepts and owned international eLearning projects end-to-end — from initial pitch and budgeting through concept and delivery. Beyond the project work, I contributed to taking the product into new markets, supporting internationalization efforts in the US and Japan, and helped sharpen the internal digital processes along the way.
